Mr. Leontis Hadjimarkou is the owner of the Company that was formed in 1989 as a construction company. As a constructor, from 1989 up to 2002, Mr. Leontis Hadjimarkou built residences, houses, and other big construction projects. Having all this great experience, Mr. Hadjimarkou was motivated to form a new Developing company under the name “Leontis K. Hajdimarkou Ltd”.

Right now we are building in the village of Oroklini. This magnificent village is situated between a mountain and the seashore of Larnaca bay. The seashore is just two kilometers away. On top of the mountain you can see the beautiful church of St. Helias which offers a magnificent breathtaking view. In the village you can find traditional taverns, banks, supermarkets, etc.

Our future plans include houses in the village of Livadia – Larnaka, a nearby village close to the city for maximum convenience. Furthermore, an apartment building will be offered for sale in the near future in the town of Larnaca.
